Agreement and eligibility

By installing, configuring, accessing, or using DoxBot, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be permitted to use Discord under Discord's terms and applicable law. If you use DoxBot for a server or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it. If you do not agree, do not use DoxBot.

The service

DoxBot may provide League of Legends build analytics; moderation and audit records; ticket creation, uploads, and transcripts; role, autorole, reaction-role, staff-role, and mute-role configuration; leveling; VOD and coaching utilities; server announcements; matchmaking utilities; and other commands described in the bot or website. Some features may be experimental, restricted, unavailable, or require specific Discord permissions and server configuration.

Server administrators

A server owner or administrator who installs or configures DoxBot is responsible for selecting appropriate permissions, notifying server members about bot use where required, configuring staff and log destinations, reviewing automated outputs, and ensuring use complies with law and Discord rules. Administrators must not grant DoxBot broader permissions than reasonably needed.

Administrators are also responsible for lawful moderation policies and for responding to member appeals or disputes. DoxBot supplies tools; it does not determine whether a particular warning, mute, kick, ban, role change, ticket decision, or other server action is fair or lawful.

Moderation and role actions

DoxBot attempts to enforce Discord permissions, configured staff authorization, and Discord role hierarchy. Actions may fail because of missing permissions, hierarchy, configuration, Discord availability, or software errors. Authorized users must verify sensitive actions and their targets before confirming them. Do not use moderation or role functions to harass, discriminate, evade Discord enforcement, impersonate authority, or obtain unauthorized access.

Tickets, uploads, and user content

You are responsible for content you submit through commands, tickets, uploads, VOD tools, recommendations, and other features. Do not submit unlawful material, malware, secrets, private information you lack authority to share, or content that infringes another person's rights. You retain your rights in submitted content, but grant DoxBot a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and format it only as needed to operate the requested feature, secure the service, and comply with law.

Ticket participants should understand that authorized server staff may access ticket content and that requested transcripts may preserve messages or attachments after the Discord channel is closed.

League of Legends analytics

Build results are historical, sample-based information. They are not guarantees, official rankings, professional advice, or instructions that replace player judgment. Samples may be incomplete, delayed, biased toward tracked players, or affected by patches and role classification. DoxBot must not be used to cheat, create an unfair competitive advantage, de-anonymize protected players, or replace Riot's official ranking systems.

Acceptable use

You may not use DoxBot to:

• Violate law, these Terms, Discord's terms or policies, Riot's terms or policies, or another person's rights.
• Harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against, exploit, or unlawfully monitor another person.
• Access data, commands, servers, roles, tickets, or administrative functions without authorization.
• Probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, permission checks, rate limits, or service operation.
• Scrape, automate, copy, resell, or redistribute DoxBot or platform data except through an expressly documented and permitted interface.
• Upload malicious code, expose credentials, impersonate DoxBot, Discord, Riot Games, or another person, or falsely imply endorsement.
• Use Riot information for gambling, prohibited monetization, cheating, or an application other than DoxBot's registered use case.

Platform terms and intellectual property

Your use of Discord and Riot services remains subject to their respective terms and policies. If these Terms conflict with a mandatory Discord or Riot requirement, that platform requirement controls for use of its services. Discord and Riot Games are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for DoxBot.

DoxBot's original software, branding, and site content are owned by its operator or licensors. Riot Games owns its game data, artwork, trademarks, and associated properties. Discord and other names and marks belong to their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use DoxBot under these Terms.

Suspension and termination

DoxBot may restrict or terminate access, remove content, or disable a feature when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, respond to abuse, comply with law or platform requirements, or discontinue the service. You may stop using DoxBot at any time and an authorized administrator may remove it from a server. Data deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

DoxBot may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature without guaranteeing continuous availability. APIs, game data, permissions, and third-party services may change independently. Material expansions involving Riot API data will be submitted through the Riot Developer Portal when required, and material Discord API-data changes will be handled through Discord App Review when required.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DoxBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DoxBot is not responsible for decisions made by server administrators, moderators, coaches, players, or users; for Discord or Riot outages; or for lost gameplay, server, moderation, ticket, or role-management outcomes caused by reliance on the service.

To the extent permitted by law, DoxBot's operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as DoxBot, applicable law, or platform requirements change. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date before they take effect when reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

DoxBot is independently operated from California, United States. These Terms are governed by applicable California and United States law, without overriding mandatory protections that apply where you live.
